		<description>There have been several fixes in documentation.  You will have to uninstall and remove all traces of the Ruby Install and everything from the &quot;C:\Ruby&quot; directory otherwise it will continue to fail, afterwards read the tutorial again.</description>

My suggestion is to, delete the photos you can from Kodak that you know you have downloaded.  That way you can run the script again without having to download all the photos again.</description>
